I get what you're saying, I love the Poly but, but its not the charming oasis feeling it used to be, the main Poly ( not the tower) feels chaotic at times. My answer is tricky LOL, My daughter and son-in law are also DVC members ( they own at GF), we're all local , and they have a 2 night AKLV CL one bedroom booked 6/11-6/13 , but they are gifting it to us so 44 days to go , and they did the same for one night in July thats 69 days out( they are generous and do this alot)

We were there a few times this past week. Yesterday we sat at the bar no problem. The seating around the bar was available too, plenty of people there. Favorite Restaurant and Why?

We like City Works ( we used to live in MA and they have one too so we've been to both multiple times) . If you're a sports fan, its the best place to catch a game at WDW, IMO. Very extensive beer list, and a varied menu, should please just about everyone:)

Replying to myself LOL. Just got back from 3 nights at GF. Big Pine Key first floor, room 9140. Was given an accessible room . which we do not need. And the view was the smoking spot, literally. However, we never heard any noise at all.
