BoardWalk Villas Owners Thread
Welcome Home! We have been at the Boardwalk since 1996. Going to ride it into 2042! Great location. I can hardly wait until I see what they have going on in Jelly Rolls and the Big River. Not to mention the gallery. There is life in the old place yet! Hope you enjoy it as much as we have. Our kids grew up on WDW there.

We stayed at the Tree Houses back before Saratoga Springs, around 1996. They had a bedroom downstairs at that time. It has since been removed. We would love to stay there again.
Unpopular DVC Opinions
Dont like VDH so much. Views can be very very bad. Materials used in the room are cheap and shoddy. Walk back from the parks in afternoon can be killer since Monorail is very unreliable. And you have to pay the TOT. Poly Tower and RIV. These could have been Great! But are underwhelming sterile towers. Gone are the days

Bay Lake Tower Owners Thread
If you get coffee filters, you should get coffee as well. They provide coffee in filter packs, but those only make 8 cups not 12. The coffee maker is a 12 cup maker, Go Figure. I used 2 filter packs to make a whole 12 cup pot. Worked pretty well. I can't remember if the coffee makers also use Keurig pods as well. You c

Gotta Second Jazz Kitchen! We usually only do QS, but Jazz Kitchen is a must do for us. River Belle Terrace used to have a great brunch! But alas, the Powers To Be killed it. So we really dont have an in park favorite anymore.

Same here, we use our Airline rewards card. Living in the PNW makes for a long and expensive plane ride. Putting DVC on the card really make the miles stack up! They also split the payments so that you dont have to max out your card in one big charge. This is one reason we have always gone direct instead of resale. At

We initially bought at BWV and since added on at AKV, BLT and on my side of the world, VDH and VCG total points now stand a little north of 1K. Dues are my limiting factor.
