Best use of DDP snack credits?
Some of my favorite snack credits were the ham and cheese croissant and quiche Lorraine at Les Halles--they definitely feel more substantial than just a snack!

In case it's helpful for anyone, here are some pics of the BWV playground. It's small, but it still made my son really happy when all he kept asking for was slides. It's right by the little wading pool, and there are a few chairs in the shade for parents to sit and watch their kids.

It's easy to forget how close BLT is to WL, but I now realize BLT has a decent view of Lakeshore Lodge too!
BLT Murphy Bed Size?
Without actually measuring, the Murphy bed in our BLT Deluxe Studio doesn't seem any smaller than the regular queen size bed. The mattress on the Murphy bed is a little thinner though.

Yeah, a studio would be tough for a long stay like that. As much as I try to conserve points, this kind of plan deserves a one bedroom villa!

To be a snowbird from December to February at BWV, it was 3,117 points and then 13,469 points (not technically feasible with the 8,000-point ownership maximum) to do year-round at BWV and BLT. (The link has more of the nitty gritty.)

I once looked into this several years back and did the math on the points--we ended up moving to FL though, so that plan clearly went out the window lol.

Boardwalk room type
I'm a total point miser, and this is the one time that I purposely seek out the more point-expensive category! I love being able to enjoy the boardwalk ambiance from my balcony and see the fireworks, especially since I have a toddler who usually goes to bed before fireworks time.
AKL Kidani Renovation
Any of the rooms that haven't been completed have been taken out of inventory. You're pretty much guaranteed a refurbed room at this point. I was just in a refurbed Deluxe Studio at Kidani, and I thought it was fantastic!

100%! I did not do things correctly with my direct contract (bought a soldout resort thinking I wanted direct perks for what I thought would be my one and only DVC contract), and already the price per point has gone up by $50 in the last 7 years.
