Beach Club Villas Owners Thread

This July will be my first ever stay in a Beach Club studio room (DVC room). What room numbers/areas would you recommend? TIA

I have never put in a request when staying at BCV. You might want close to or not close to elevators/top floor. Not many great views. Just never bothered but have been lucky once or twice with a decent view.

Just got home from our first BCV stay as Beach Club owners! Loved every moment, except when we were sitting on our patio and had to dash inside to avoid a momma raccoon and her babies headed our way! Anyone else ever had that happen? I didn't know I'd booked an animal-view room 😂

Ok the wildlife was nuts at Beach Club. Over 1 day, I saw a bunnies by the 'other' pool, a turtle in the water by the parking lot, a squirrel landed on my head - maybe fell out of a tree or launched off my green hat thinking it was a plant, and ducks landed in the swimming pool. There was a storm so maybe that was the issue. Now to hear there are raccoons?! Whoa! Guess we won't be stopping by Animal Kingdom Lodge anymore.
