Winterfest trip Jan 27 - anyone else going?

Yes! We'll be there, sharing a one bedroom villa at Jambo with dear friends we met through DVC Fan

Sadly, Elise and I cannot make it to Winterfest 2027. I feel bad, as I had previously been bugging Paul to schedule more DVC Fan events and I am SO THANKFUL that DVC Fan has done so. But...we are scheduled for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Sicily in late-January/Feb that will keep us away.

We are very much excited for FallFest 2027 and we are very likely to make the trip to Massanutten next summer as well 👍

My son & I will be at Winterfest. We got rooms booked at Jambo House, hopefully they'll be refurbished by then.

Not yet, on the Saturday during Winter Fest, there is usually a paid event ( Octoberfest we did an Epcot fireworks dessert party, Summer Fest we did Hoop de doo) the event for Winter Fest hasn't been announced yet but that we 'll all have to sign up for. And whatever is happening Friday ( usually a resort get together) and Sunday ( usually a Patreon coffee meet up) those we usually just show up, but if I'm not mistaken we do usually RSVP to those so they have an idea of how many people are coming.

I'm looking forward to Winterfest too! @JenT1971 is right about sign ups. As of now, there's nothing to sign up for, but I'm sure you'll hear about any updates here as well as the DVC Fan Facebook group.

This is my hope too, they do have an end date on the refurb of Jan 27 so I would hope everything is either finished or out of inventory. Can't wait to see the new rooms there.

Looks like quite a few of us already have plans to be there, I look forward to seeing everyone and finding out more about what will be happening in due course.

Yes, I am so excited that the timing worked out for us to attend! We were already booked for the week starting Sunday, January 31 in a Jambo sav studio and my waitlist came through for Kidani for Saturday so we can arrive a day earlier. This will be our first meet up and my hubby is clueless about anything DVC Fan related (not unlike how I am in regard to his pin trading obsession😂). Looking forward to it!
