Agree it needs updated. Can’t really be The Carousel of Progress if it doesn’t. There is a historical piece that is being lost by taking it down completely, though. I wish they were putting the old stuff somewhere as a walk through and just starting over on the refurb. Best of both worlds.
Yay! Got tix for Oct. 9! We have a Thursday- Tuesday stay booked over that “holiday” weekend so I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be more party dates (I assme due to anticipated park crowds). This date was our only option for our stay and thrilled that we decided to arrive Thursday night so that Friday was a possibility
We have stayed in the cabins twice since the refurbishment. We were assigned one of each with no request/preference listed for one or the other. The cabin with two sinks had stairs only at the entrance. The cabin with one sink had the ramp. So I agree with the previous post that I assume the one sink is because the bat
Thank you! This is very helpful! Yes, I know it is a long shot, but I figured now is the time to do it since I have the separate one day reservation to try with. If it doesn’t come through, I can just link the two existing reservations to stay in the same room all week. Either way is just fine.
AKV was our first resale purchase. It is our favorite. We bought 110 resale points initially and now have another 100 pending. We will be there next February for 6 nights in a savanna view room. We are so excited!
