Not yet, on the Saturday during Winter Fest, there is usually a paid event ( Octoberfest we did an Epcot fireworks dessert party, Summer Fest we did Hoop de doo) the event for Winter Fest hasn't been announced yet but that we 'll all have to sign up for. And whatever is happening Friday ( usually a resort get together)
I started going to WDW with my parents as a little kid in the 70's and as I got older it was just about every year in the 80's and 90's and some trip ( late 90's early 2000's?) I told my mother we should look into it. and she said no way. its probably $100k and we'll fall in love with it and will be bummed we cant affo

I agree! I've ridden all of those in DL, but its been a very long time. I wish Mr. Toad was still here and a Snow White ride I could do, because she's my favorite
99 days until my first DCL!!!!!! We were hoping to spend the weekend before at a DVC but since I am out of points I cant borrow until 10/1 and there isn't going to be much if anything left. If I can grab the night before I'd be happy

No desire to stay there . I know its just a what if, scenario anyway.. but NY cant have certain Marvel characters until the deal with Universal expires ( which is why DL can have some of the Marvel characters but WDW cant, east of the Mississippi)
^ I could get behind that. I understand why they build thrill rides but I cant ride any of them, I want at least the Snow White dark ride they have in DL.
^ We are local now too ( as of July 2024 ) and we have Universal APs but we still haven't stayed at any of their resorts, every time we say we will something else presents itself Maybe 2027 will be the year
I have vertigo , and motion sickness. I was very worried about how I’d do on the cruise. I did fine, I had Dramamine (and my vertigo meds) with me at all times in case. I could definitely tell when the ship was moving but i never needed to take a second dose of my meds or my dramamine ( I took one dose of both each day
You don't need a passport for ALL cruises, like Derek, my husband and I don't have passports at the moment either and we just did the Keyholder Cruise on Utopia. It was a blast , looking forward to the 2028 one
