If you have a free AAA Visa, you get 5% cash back at ALL grocery stores where you can buy Disney cards!

Looks like there is a limit of $500 cashback at 5% then is goes down to 1% for the AAA card. That is still $10K you can spend though! Definitely good to combine with grocery store reward point offers like with Kroger Fuel Points or if you have a Shoprite near you they often offer a cashback credit to be used the following week on groceries for purchasing gift cards, combined with the 5% would be pretty awesome.

The strongest all-year deal I have found is the Sam's Club deals using the FREE PayPal debit card with 5% back in grocery category. Example deal $200 DGC for $190. $9.50 back. Nearly 10% off any day of the year. Limited to $1000 category spend each month so I usually do 4 gift cards. Works both in store and online. Cash back available 2-3 days after purchase

Does anyone know of a credit card giving bonus spend cash-back for warehouse clubs in May?

Last year the Sams deal lined up very nicely with the Discover 5% cash back bonus. This year, not so much. I'll still take 10% off, but just trying to get that number closer to 15 if possible...

For whatever it is worth, disneytouristblog.com is reporting the Sams Club $500 for $450 will be limited to 2 cards.

The Citi Custom Cash card gives you 5% back on your top spending category up to $500 each month but it maxes out at $500/month. But a lot of those "customizable" cards don't allow warehouse clubs as a customizable category.

Your best bet for cashback would be to get the Chase Ink Business Cash card which gives 5% back on Office Supply stores. Staples and Office Max often offer fee free Visa Cash cards which you can purchase and then earn 5% cashback on and use them to buy discounted Disney Gift Cards with a 5% on top from the Visa card.

I don't normally do this, but that is one way you can save even more on top of the DGC discount.

A few times last year giftcards.com ran 10% off all gift cards. There was no limit on how many you could buy.

I use the Chase Ink Business card to purchase $500 gift cards at Staples for all my Disney needs including DVC dues then transfer the points to my Chase Saphire card to allow me to use it for transfer partners. Going to Japan next April and transferred a bunch of my UR to Hyatt to book Park Hyatt Tokyo and Andaz Tokyo Hyatt before the big devaluation next month.

We use out Mastercard thank you card that gives 10% statement credit at grocery stores when you spend $1000. We use that card to buy disney gift cards at Kroger during 4x fuel point gift card events. So we earn 10% back plus $1.00 off our fuel. It is a great savings hack!

Little advice for the next sale, don't be a dummy like me and say "oh I'll buy some in a few minutes I'm busy right now" cause they'll sell out real fast.

I was just able to buy 2 more $500 Disney Gift cards from Sam's Club at $450 each by going to my physical store (in Northern Virginia).

Since its been sold out online, you may want to go to your local Sam's Club.

If you're a BJ's member, BJ's currently has a $500 Disney Gift Card for $475.99 plus a $15 off $200 coupon bringing the price down to $460.99. Not as good as the Sam's Club deal but if you're a BJ's member it isn't bad for 1 card.

You can also buy 2x$100 Disney eGift Card + 1x$25 Disney eGift Card = $218.47 - $15 coupon = $203.47 for $225 worth of gift cards with a savings of 9.5%. Not a bad deal overall and they're eDGCs so you'll get them pretty quickly in your email.

Plenty available in the Sam's Club in Plano, TX.

From BJ's website (on a laptop), hover over where it says "Hi, <your name>" and you will see it says "My coupons". The first coupon (if available) should be the $15 off $200, click "Clip to card".

From the BJ's app, click on the coupons icon in the bottom middle of the screen and then find the coupon and click the clip button.

If you're using the BJ's website from a phone, press the hamburger icon (3 lines) and it should say Coupons somewhere in the "tray" that slides in when you press the hamburger icon.

I was able to pickup discounted gift cards from local Sam's today. No signage about the discount but it rang up correctly!

I was just able to snag multiple discounted cards from DG. They have to be run through as separate transactions, but they all came through 10% off.

Confirmation that the Dollar General 10% discount for today only is legit. It is in stores only and you can't get it online. And it's UNLIMITED!! You just have to purchase each card on a new transaction. We just purchased enough gift cards to pay for our yearly dues next year, renew our APs, and purchase our MNSSHP tickets tomorrow. Needless to say, I had to call the credit card company twice to tell them it wasn't fraud (after a couple charges were declined). 😂

I bought several between Sam's Club deal and the DG card deal today. I got two fraud alerts myself. 😅 When deals like this come around you have to snag 'em!

100%! It's not like you won't use them. We will have some money left over on the gift cards that we will easily spend on our next trip.

I debated going back for one more round and my wife had to stop me. LOL. Our credit card bill can only take so much.

I loaded up on this one. Several of my Chase cards had a 5% bonus cashback with them, and there was a Rakuten cashback offer that stacked, so I bought like $6K worth at almost 15% off. It was epic.

Another one to watch out for is when GooglePlay has gift card deals. Sometimes you can use Google Play points on giftcards, or you can get discounted giftcards, often 10%.

If you sign up for Paze, you currently can get an additional 10x Chase Ultimate Rewards points back on any purchase made using select Chase cards (Chase Sapphire Preferred, Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Freedom, Chase Freedom Flex, Chase Freedom Unlimited). There is a limit of $1500 per month for this bonus. Chase UR points can be traded in for cash at $0.01 per point, so you could easily value this at 10% off Disney Gift Cards (11% assuming your standard earning rate is 1% for all purchases) up to $1500 per month. Then use the Chase UR points to pay yourself back on the purchase or cash the points out. You maybe able to get more per Chase UR point as well.

What does that mean for Disney Gift Cards? Well newegg.com sells Disney Gift Cards and accepts Paze. Paze works similarly to PayPal, it is a 3rd party payment system. They aren't accepted at many merchants, but if you buy Disney Gift Cards at newegg, it is an easy 10-11% back, more if you can use those Chase UR points for something other than cash.

If newegg runs any DGC promotions which they sometimes do, the deal can be even better.

I just completed this with a $100 "test" transaction and got 11x rewards points. Since those points can usually be redeemed for 1.25 cents per point (when used to "pay yourself back" for eligible purchases), the 1100 points is worth $13.75 making this 13.75% off. If you redeem points for travel, you can often get 2+ cents per point.
