How long is Disney taking to load points on a resale contract purchase for existing DVC member?

We just closed on a resale contract purchase (Saratoga Springs). The deed was recorded on July 13 2026 and now we are waiting for DVC to load the contract / points on our dashboard (we are existing DVC members). Our issue is, the contract we purchased has points expiring Aug 31, 2026 (Sept use year), so we want get to get those points used ASAP...what is everyone seeing as to the length of time from closing until points are loaded on a resale contract for existing members? We were hoping the new $500 fee would make this process go quickly...

Supporter@RJHopson We closed on a Boulder Ridge resale contract on May 29th, and our points were loaded within 8 days. Hopefully yours get loaded quickly as well.

We purchased a resale contract for Aulani. Deed was recorded on Monday, July 6th and we are still waiting. Not sure if having a different use year might add a delay as our new resale contract has an August use year and our existing direct contract (for Grand Floridian) has a Feb use year.

Thanks for this update. We are officially at two weeks since the deed was recorded and sent to DVC. It hasn't shown up in our dashboard yet....

TODAY (July 29) our points were loaded on the resale contract we purchased. 16 days from when it was sent to DVC.

We had a deed recorded 7/17 and points were loaded 8/3. 24 days.

We got the closing email on 7/28, and the contract and points were added to our account on 8/17.
