How long is Disney taking to load points on a resale contract purchase for existing DVC member?
TODAY (July 29) our points were loaded on the resale contract we purchased. 16 days from when it was sent to DVC.
OKW and BCV - Asking for friend!
First - GO CHIEFS - Second - look at SSR for resale. Great option to have for "sleep around points". We are actually in process of selling our OKW contract (which Disney exercised ROFR) and replaced it with SSR resale just to save on the dues. Plus the longer contract expiration.

Thanks for this update. We are officially at two weeks since the deed was recorded and sent to DVC. It hasn't shown up in our dashboard yet....

Congrats! As a fellow CC owner, its great to stay there over the holidays. FYI - we also just closed on a contract at SSR, closed July 13. Waiting for the points to load. I started a new thread to help track how long its taking DVC to load points after closing.
