North side is facing Magic Kingdom, south is facing Contemporary; Even/Odd (can’t recall which is which) determines whether you are facing inward to the courtyard/lake or outward to MK/parking lot

Split stay question
Yes - bell services can transfer your items to your next resort. I’ve heard others recommend keeping essentials with you in case bags dont arrive until late in the afternoon at your new hotel.
FAVORITE Holiday at WDW
Jambo House at Christmas is my favorite holiday decor. But Christmas at the resorts and parks overall is tough to beat. Though if they spread Halloween decor into all parks and resorts, maybe it would be closer. Who's looking forward to Disney Celebrates America this summer?
We will be at BLT 7/3-7/6 then move over to Kidani for the rest of our trip. We are hoping to see lots of 250 celebrations and dodge crowds, if thats even possible. We’ll go to MK for Liberty Tree dinner 7/3 and find a minimally crowded spot wherever to catch the fireworks (maybe new fantasyland?). We’ll go to Epcot 7/

Best View You Ever Had (DVC)
Resort view room at Jambo that was the farthest studio in the Kudu trail from the lobby. We were right next to the barn and had constantly great views of giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, etc. I’d stay in that room every trip if I could.
Christmas Booking Question
I think if you’re flexible with what’s available resort-wise, you should be anle to piece together something you like. It will be more challenging with studios, but not impossible. We snagged a week at Jambo in a resort studio the week of Christmas last year by piecing together days after the seven month mark. Good luc
