Hi! We purchased a boulder ridge contract back in February and we were in ROFR for 32 or 33 days. I was surprised because we had been hearing about such quick turn around times. It was so hard to be patient! haha

Any risk in banking points?
Hi everyone, I found this thread on banking points so I thought I would piggyback and ask another banking question. We have some points left over from 2026.
