While the Paddock is great, we like the Grandstand just because of the bus situation! First bus stop to pick up, first to get dropped off! Other than that it's probably the least desirable location, but that trumps everything else for us!
Our direct contract was AKV way back when but we bought before it opened, so we got SSR developer points for our first stay.
