Their specialty drinks are good! Also they will throw vodka in your shakin Jamaican at 10am no problem (Studios outside ToT).
What do we thing the REAL number is for the Average # of vacation points members have?
I think the number has more to do with the minimum buy in rather than the minimum for benefits. Not sure what the minimum buy in is now but it was around 160ish for a long long time but I assume it's lower now.

All of the above plus a UV umbrella! They are small but omg you don't realize how little shade there is until you're looking for some (looking at you Epcot).

Yes then it will automatically use the banked points first when you go to book.
Grocery Delivery
I've been using Walmart for years. My last order was missing a ton of stuff but that was unusual (had to get refund, then re-order). I like that I can get the beer/wine at the same time, we have to go down to meet them for that but it's not an issue.

Boardwalk and Beach Club Towers will absolutely happen. As for points I assume everyone will get their last year points on Jan 1 2041? No idea.

If you need those points to book the room, you need to bank them first. If you don't need them and bank them later, you should be able to reallocate the banked into the reservation.

There's no risk! Unless you suddenly feel the urge for a last minute trip before the end of your current use year (after you banked) and then you'd have to borrow.
Does Use Year Affect the Resale Price
It's so bad. I book two bedrooms, would like boardwalk view and start my walk in the summer for the fall. Last year it took me a month trying every day to even get my walk going.

Although if you want standard or boardwalk view studio at BWV for October you'd be better off with an August use year because you'd be walking that if you can even get your foot in the door to walk. August would give you more time to start the walk.

Does Use Year Affect the Resale Price
I don't think it effects the price, there is just an uneven distribution of use years. DVCNews used to keep track but I could only find their article from 2021. June is the 3rd most common.
