We will see just how much they can continue on this strategy. And, we will have to see how they adjust when (inevitably at some point) economic headwinds interact with their current pricing strategy. As it relates to both DVC and Disney vacation spending more broadly.

No guarantee on pricing... Pricing has definitely been aggressive since the Fire Sale of 2023... I think they got burned on that one, and have been afraid of a repeat.. It actually amazes me because there are many cash rates this summer specifically that I could make a case that DVC is a waste of money if you compared
As someone selling a contract, I hope that the ROFR Monster wakes up from its long slumber and decides to eat my contract or let it go off to another wonderful home somewhere else... it is definitely slowing the timeline the past few weeks...

I'm not sure anyone has been able to make this clear connection... One would think they would want the points earlier, but I don't think it is a guarantee... i think pricing and resort and what needs disney might have is part of what matters as well
Yes, I love it... now i don't tend to use it for Special Disney Charging Priveleges... but I love having it... a huge part of the trip...
