When i have stayed DVC studios it has been for shorter trips andi have never had to wash. I am staying a week soon in a studio and will need to wash. Do you get laundry detergent free or do i need to bring a detergent pod or two with me? I will he at the PIT. Thank you.

I usually bring my own (small Travel Tide/pod/small amount in traveling bottle) - it used to be free. Good question. I would bring some just in case. Maybe DVC chat or call? Let us know if you do.

I am back from my trip. Washer and dryer are free to use. The detergent was a nominal fee. I believe it was $0.75! I was surprised because I was expecting at least $3. I did bring pods and dryer sheets with me!

SupporterBesides saving you from purchasing something onsite, sometimes it's helpful to bring your own detergent just in case the vending machines are not stocked. I've seen a few dispensers out of detergent before. I like to bring laundry detergent sheets--compact and no chance of spills!
