Sorry if this has been asked loads of times, I've done a search but couldn't see anything specifical for SSR. We had an offer accepted on our first ever DVC contact (resale), deposit paid . I'm just curios how long people are generally waiting for SSR to get through ROFR or is it a mixed bag. We are really excited and hope Disney don't buy back. The contact came with some points that need to be used my March or banked before November. Has anyone requested the seller to bank the points for the following year whilst waiting for ROFR? or is the seller unlikely do you think?

I know we just had a CC contract pass ROFR about 2 weeks ago, and it took just over two weeks to pass. Two weeks, give or take a couple of days, seems to be about what others have been waiting lately as well.
I don't know about the banking of points. With the listing agreement, they may not be able to make any adjustments to available points. If the cut off to bank points is 11/01, that is 3 months away and you should have everything finalized by then. Then you can either book your first trip, or bank till next year.
