greetings from Opening Day Guests

I enjoyed my visit. I didn't make it to Minot. I can see how it would be a great family place; however, the winters would be too brutal for me. Ah, yes...makes sense the Air Force Base is in Minot. My father-in-law served 36 years in the Air Force, but was never stationed there.

Poll: One Disney Vacation for the Rest of Your Life

I'd agree with Amy - Adventures by Disney. They are pricey vacations and travel all around the world. I have seriously looked into them. Came close to booking them for an Alaska adventure, but my son chose during a Disney cruise. If you want your Disney park fix, they have a deep dive into Disneyland - a trip covering

Yes, going to the Fargo visitor's center they told me if it was my 50th state...I'd get a t-shirt. I visited for 5 days. Traveled from Fargo to Teddy Roosevelt National Park -- I even saw the Medora Musical. I enjoyed my time and thought the people were very friendly. My husband passed in 2023 and he made me promise to

I grew up in Panama City, Florida. I attended UF from 1984-1988, graduated with a degree in Statistics/Math, yet did Tech work for a good bit of my career. After college, I moved to Melbourne, Florida. I now reside in North Carolina. Where in ND are you today? I visited there in 2024 for my 49th state.

I would imagine during the DVC Fan cruise, we could have some fun interesting discussions about maps/globes and travels! Oh, I love your list. I've been to Sweden, but never Norway. I wonder should I do a cruise or a land tour. I'm going to Scotland/England this September. I've always wanted to do the UK, but through a

Just go explore, there are great hikes, a must do for me was visiting the chapel. It gave me goosebumps being inside. If you like Frank Lloyd Wright's work you will fancy this chapel. It's built into the red rocks. Sedona is just stunning!

Sounds wonderful. I got to stay in the Poly Tower last September and really liked it! If you haven't been on the Treasure before...it is so lovely. The COCO show may make you cry. It did for me! Hope you'll give us some trip reports after the trips.

The overall vibes. The rooms are well-themed to the wilderness. The Quick Service is pretty darn good. The lobby is spectacular, especially at Christmas. The tree is SO impressive. You can take a boat or bus to parks. The gift shop is large. The cast members are wonderful! Geyser Grill is a hidden gem!!! It overlooks B

Oh I love the map of the inside passage. I love maps too! I also love my atlas of the world. I possess 2 globes in my house also. I love to get my atlas or globe out and just remember where I've been or dream about where I want to go. What places outside of Disney is on your bucket list? I've knocked out a good deal, b

Sounds like you have lots of experiences happening in 2026! Many times, it doesn't have to be a formal vacation to experience and create memories. I've only been to Disneyland once and only with my 1 year old nephew...so not really an experience there. Where in South Dakota? My son & I traveled there in 2016 and had su
