Old time bwv'er here and we bought when i had one child and he was 2 (he's 24 now!). We have loved it over the years but once we tried Riviera I loved it more even though I'm not a huge fan of the skyliner I suck it up for the nicer rooms. The laundry is different depending on if you're in the outer ring or the inner! Inner ring has the full laundry room and outer just has it in a closet.

It's an enormous risk to travel in Sept on an October use year. I have a June use year and in over twenty years of ownership have only traveled once in May and that was due to weird circumstances. Bay Lake Tower question
Northside even numbers are on the outside of the "C" closer to MK. This is probably the most popular request because you have a good chance of seeing fireworks without being in a theme park view room.
Stripped contract
I would guess they borrowed 2028 into 2027 use year then transferred out. With no trips/delayed closing that's the only thing I can think of. The stray points lead me to think they borrowed for a trip in '27 decided to sell then cancelled trip and transferred all those pts sitting in'27 use year.
OKW and BCV - Asking for friend!
I would keep the small BCV and just add more OKW resale. Plus the combined points of your direct contracts can be used at future resorts at the 7m window (which will have higher point charts). A win/win in my view.

Do you still use a magic band?
There are sellers on Etsy that make a rubber holder for the magicband puck. It then slides on to your watch band. I use it with my samsung watch. Looks like this, although I put mine on the other side so it's easier to tap.

No. We tried it in '08 (my kids were 7 and 5 at the time so perfect age for that type of thing) and it was so mobbed. It was a dvc discounted night (first week of Dec) and it was so oversold. Just wall to wall people everywhere. We couldn't get into any shows etc. It was just so packed it left a sour taste in my mouth

I own a snowbird house in Ft. Myers and this past Feb was our first time using it and you will not want to go back to cold weather if you're from the north like us lol. Plan for 2 months. (I wish I could but my husband isn't retired yet, just works remotely)

You do not need to be there at all, just call down to bell services and have it brought up to your room when you get there. The box will have your name on it in a little sleeve on the side. Yes. I take the puck off and attach it to the strap of my galaxy watch with a little rubber thing I bought on etsy.
