It has its own parking lot, but with the recent road work it is separated from the main building. Follow signs for the Tower (or be sure to enter the Tower in your gps) and you will be fine. Access to the lot is via your magic band or room key.

When you modify your reservation to move the dates forward, DVC will apply the borrowed points first before any current-year points are used. For sure, I understand why local members may push back on reservation-based priority. But because MLM is a DVC event, it seems reasonable to give the strongest priority to members using their membership for a DVC resort stay during the event dates. After all, local members are not excluded from that opportunity.

I have used this dvc aggregator site to browse and filter resale contracts: https://dvc.market/listing/ As for financing, I was able to use multiple credit cards for sign-up bonuses when buying direct, but my resale contracts were all via bank wire. Not sure if others have had a different experience when buying resale.

We've stayed in a Resort View Deluxe Studio in the new tower a couple of times and will be returning again in July. That sounds like a good plan. We started with Poly resale before purchasing a direct GF contract. We enjoy both resorts. Our boys would claim Poly as their favorite.
That is a great setup! Crescent Lake is our favorite spot on property.
