Hey Everyone, What will be the list of WDW resorts from most available to least available at the 7 month window? We could get granular and break it down by room type, but to that sake of simplicity, l
I know Disney will sell you a few one time use points… Is that the best strategy? What if you need more than their program allows - can you rent the difference through a broker?
We have a small 75 point contract at OKW that we bought last year. We had 7 leftover points that we banked for this year, but we are taking 2026 off to save our 2026/2027 points for a 9 night trip for
I would be renting so wanted to make sure!! Thanks!
It would seem to me that the resale restrictions in place at RIV, DLH, and FWC, are going to create problems for DVC. First, we know the value of these contracts plummet the moment a direct buyer make
Hi, We're a WDW family and just recently bought a Grand Californian(GC) contract with a different use year(UY). We figured we would be using it differently so it didn't matter if the points were the s
Hi all! We are doing our welcome home in early December at the Polynesian. We want our parents to go with, however, there are no rooms available and the cash option does not make sense. If we have the
If I buy resale at Bay Lake Tower. What is a way that I can stay at Riviera? I think I’ve seen posts about renting points to stay there but I am not sure how that works.

Okay, so I had a family suite at All-Star Music reserved for an entire week. Then, I noticed that there were TWO Extended Evening Hours (EEH) for that week...so, since I didn't have any points... I bo
