May 2026 Average DVC Resale Price Report

📈 DVC resale inventory remains one of the biggest stories of 2026.

Despite active resale listings dipping below 200 contracts at one point this spring, average resale prices have remained surprisingly steady. The blended average across all Disney Vacation Club resorts came in at $123 per point in May 2026, only slightly below April's $126 average.

One of the biggest movers this month was Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, which climbed to $172 per point — its highest average resale price in over a year and a 4.9% increase from April. The continued popularity of the Polynesian association, now including Island Tower, continues to drive strong buyer demand.

Meanwhile, inventory remains historically low compared to the 400-500 active listings that were common just a year ago, creating a clear seller's market across much of the DVC resale landscape.
