I am going to be a first time DVC buyer this fall. I have researched obsessively and think I have my final choice but would love some feedback.
About me: Live in CO, go to Land more than World, rundisney every other year or so, just 2 adults.
Non-negotiables: 150 points direct. At least some points at Villas at Disneyland.
My idea: buy 75 points at Poly and 75 at VDL.
Pros: a home resort on each coast, 11 month booking window for rundisney in WDW, small contracts to sell off someday. No resale restrictions at Poly.
Cons: more expensive than all 150 at VDL.
